FIFA 11 - 'REMOVE-GATE'

The first  year for The McPros was a more than dramatic one. The club was initially formed as a haven for school kids in Winchester and The McPros gathered interest and reached a record number of players, 14, a record that still remains today. Selection headaches followed and some players found themselves missing out altogether. This selection issue partnered with poor on-pitch performance led to some members questioning whether we really needed 14 players and it wasn't until 'Remove-gate' when we found out how serious these questions were.

When Tony McPro founded the club, he delegated managerial powers to the three other co-founders, including Littledjay (Jay). Nevertheless, in Spring 2011, Jay fell out with the other co founders and two factions within the club were formed. After a few days of discontent, Jay then started a revolution and succeeded in kicking some of the players out of the club. The resulting casualties included co-founders Andy Diabetic and Corny, as well as loyalists DC and Beaver.

However, as he attempted to kick out the founder, Tony McPro, he came across a problem. He realised that even with managerial powers, you cannot remove the founder. So when news reached a heartbroken Tony, he only had one choice; to remove Jay and his followers. These members included Holty, Milky, and GK Callum. TERRIERSJACK was also amongst the casualties in what the current CAM says was "the worst decision in his career".

Tony McPro then reinstated the removed players and by the end of the failed revolution, the number of players in the club was reduced to 6. Gus was the only player not to be involved and he remained at the club after the scandal.

Jay then created The McPros V2 in spite of what happened and the two clubs had a fierce rivalry that lasted over 3 years.

Never again did anyone have managerial powers but Tony McPro.
