FIFA 14

After the success in FIFA 13, things were only looking up for The McPros. However, 'Remove-gate' was still haunting the club and Jay received a copy of FIFA 14 before anyone else and stole the name. Negotiations followed and after a couple of weeks and some ultimate team packs changing hands, The McPros were back where they belong.

The same line-up that finished the previous edition started FIFA 14 with Tim beginning in Division 10 with the rest of the regulars. New signing Billy gave depth to a once fragile squad and retaining the league title was relatively easy for The McPros.

FIFA 15

Then came FIFA 15, and The McPros had switched to next generation consoles which regrettably left behind Tim and Billy. So once again The McPros looked incredibly fragile but instead of stagnating like in FIFA 13, the club managed to strive forward to again win the league title.

​

They achieved this with some very low-scoring games and reasonably direct football. The tactic was for CB Tony or DM Diabetic to try and pick out ST Corny (who was nicknamed One Man Army that season) and he would either shoot or play for a corner. From that corner, the target was Tony who unbelievably had a ratio of a goal every two games as a central-defender.

It would be right to assume that The McPros prided themselves more on clean sheets than goals that season.
